As a team, we created a crisis situation for United Airlines and delivered a crisis communication plan to mitigate risks. We also identified crises that could occur and provided small crisis plans of how to remediate the crises. All companies should review the different types of issues that could impact their brand and find solutions that could quickly protect eliminate false information.
